1. About Nomadness

Nomadness is a registered business providing SEO, web design, and digital marketing services. Our goal is to help businesses grow their online presence through effective strategies.

2. Services Provided

Nomadness offers the following services:

• SEO Services – Including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimisation, technical SEO, and local SEO.
• Web Design – Website creation, redesigns, UX improvements, and optimisation for search performance.
• Consultation & Strategy – Personalised digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.

Each service is customised to individual client needs and outlined in agreements before project commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and necessary information for project execution.
• Respond to communication in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
• Adhere to payment schedules as agreed upon in project proposals or invoices.

Nomadness is not responsible for delays caused by a client’s failure to provide requested materials or feedback.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon invoice schedule.
• Services may be paused or terminated if payments are overdue.
• Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun, but disputes will be handled fairly on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Clients retain ownership of their website, content, and branding.
• Any SEO reports, strategies, and deliverables created by Nomadness remain the intellectual property of Nomadness until full payment is received.
• Clients may not resell or distribute Nomadness’ strategies, templates, or reports without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality results, Nomadness does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or sales growth. Search engine algorithms and digital trends fluctuate, and success depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

Nomadness is not liable for:

• Changes in search engine rankings due to external factors.
• Loss of business or revenue resulting from website downtime, technical issues, or third-party software.
• Any unauthorised changes made by the client or third parties after project completion.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, including strategy documents, login credentials, and sensitive business data.

Nomadness will not share, sell, or disclose any confidential client data unless legally required.

8. Termination of Services

Nomadness reserves the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:

• Non-payment or repeated late payments.
• Client engagement in unethical or illegal activities related to their website or business.
• Disrespectful or unreasonable behaviour that impacts project workflow.

If a client chooses to terminate a service early, final payments for completed work may still be required.

9. Changes to Terms

Nomadness may update these Terms as necessary. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms. Clients will be notified of major changes.
